Are you searching high and low for legitimate Freedom Mentor reviews? 💭
I know what you are thinking. 🙂
With all the scams online nowadays and the paid reviews on various sites, it is almost impossible to distinguish whether someone is seriously telling the truth.
I mean, just take a look at some popular microtasks sites where marketers and app developers advertise to pay people in dollars in exchange for a positive and well-written review!
Crazy how these people can skew the results and expectations, right?
And this is what led me to dive deep into one of the most popular products today – online courses!
You see, the pandemic has somehow forced us to make the most of our free time at home. Some of us decided that it’s best to focus on our health and maybe even develop an exciting hobby, whether trying out cycling, hiking or perhaps even going wild and attempting paragliding.
Others want to take this time to acquire new skills through online courses and earn certifications that will help them further their career.
And the best part of it all?
You can take online courses for literally anything you’re passionate about, whether that be digital marketing, copywriting, programming, and so on.
If you are keen on getting promoted, you can even take up mentoring programs that usually last between a few weeks to a few months.
One example of that is the premier Freedom Mentor course, a mentoring and coaching program built for real estate entrepreneurs.
It takes on a non-traditional approach as it explains exactly the winning formula Phil Pustejovsky used to get and close high-ticket deals.
It is an ideal course for those wanting to enter the field but are scared of not making money out of this opportunity.
And this is why in today’s post, I will walk you through Phil Pustejovsky’s Freedom Mentor program and share a few reasons why there is so much buzz around it on the internet.
Ultimately, I will express my honest opinion about the course and answer whether you should consider spending time and money on it.
I don’t want you ever to find yourself feeling lost and stuck because you paid for an expensive program that just doesn’t work, okay?
But, before we head right into it, allow me to clarify that all the views expressed here are purely my own, and I will not be rewarded nor compensated in any way if you decide to subscribe to the program.
My only intention for writing this is to give you a head’s up since that’s what I do on this blog, review various programs, courses, apps, and money-making schemes while separating friends from foes.
Also, suppose you’re interested in finding the best ways to make money from home. In that case, please feel free to check out my #1 recommendation, as it’s truly the best way to get started online.
Hi, my name is Gorjan, and during the last few years, I’ve been solely focused on helping people steer clear of scams online.
So far, I’ve reviewed well over +300 online courses and helped a few hundred people establish their first source of passive income online.
If you want to find out more about me, my story, past experiences, and how I can help you create a thriving, sustainable, structured business online, then by all means, please get to know me better by reading my about page.
Every experience is positive, and mine has taught me that building a real, durable business online doesn’t have to be as expensive.
At the same time, it does require a great deal of perseverance, stubbornness, and most importantly, a little bit of elbow grease, and only then will you be able to enjoy the benefits it provides.
If working hard and always looking ahead is your idea of starting a prosperous business online, then my most recommended platform has everything you’ll ever need to succeed in this often confusing, usually overwhelming online ‘biz’ industry.
It is safe to say that it turned me from an average Joe into someone who will always generate income online, and I have no doubt whatsoever that it can do exactly the same for you as well.
Now that that is out of the way, let’s get our thinking hats ready, shall we?
Freedom Mentor Review
Phil creates Freedom Mentor intending to help real estate investors achieve financial freedom quickly by being in this field alone.
Instead of bombarding you with theories without actually giving you a sneak peek at how it works, this program supposedly takes you behind the scenes through a mentoring platform.
It is so hands-on to the point that the team of Freedom Mentor will show you exactly how negotiations work and even share 50-50 of the profits!
This educational provider was founded in 2003, and it quickly rose to fame; while led to the brand being featured in:
As part of his promotion, the website also offers you a free ebook entitled “How to be a real estate investor,” but you can also purchase this 202-paged book via Amazon for about $9.47.
I read a few of the reviews about the book, and to my surprise, it has become a best-seller which is why it has over 800+ ratings and five stars!
However, what truly shocked me is that the top reviews from the U.S are all giving it 1 star due to the following reasons:
- The content is too generic
- It feels cheap
- The book has lots of blank spaces to increase page count
- It doesn’t go into the nitty-gritty details
- You’ll find better information from his videos than in the book
- It serves as an advertisement for the Freedom Mentor program.
That shows that our guy Phil is better as a teacher but not as good of a writer. Or perhaps the content hasn’t been updated yet.
Luckily, his online courses are in a league of their own.
Given that he shows that he is only an expert in U.S real estate, there is no surprise why Freedom Mentor’s social media pages only have a few followers (5.6k on Facebook and 4.9 on Twitter).
Yet, his YouTube account is so big, with about 317k subscribers and videos reaching 72 million views. For me, that shows that many people are very interested in real estate and that he is considered by many as one of the best in the field.
I mean, you can never manipulate the YouTube algorithm, which shows that his video contents are pure gold.
I also reviewed his videos, and I’d like to say that they’re really informative, with no massive upsells, and you can clearly see Phil discussing everything in detail using his whiteboard.
Freedom Mentor Free Course
If you are still unsure whether you should try out the course, I highly recommend that you go through his free class and YouTube videos.
From here, you’ll get to learn about Phil’s humble beginnings and understand how he created his process.
As he stated time and time again, his courses (both free and paid) are just here to give you a perspective, but you should still develop your own techniques to achieve the type of freedom you are striving for.
easily the best way to make money online!
To unlock the free course, you just need to signup for an account on the Freedom Mentor website, and you are pretty much good to go.
Just because you are learning from the free course does not mean you will automatically have a subscription to the paid ones.
I like this offer because it has a fully functional course curriculum filled with juicy details. The course touches on the following:
- The basics of real estate
- Why you should be an investor
- What to expect from this opportunity
- Creative VS Traditional real estate investing
- Buying without cash or credit
- Real estate investing formula
- House flipping
- Planning a future in real estate
- What you need to know before investing in real estate
I tried out the course, and I figured that it pretty much compiles Phil’s YouTube videos but in a more organized manner, all while adding a few nuggets of wisdom on his own.
While you can also just go ahead and watch the videos on YouTube, there are people like me who enjoy having some structure.
Inside the course, he will also guide you on using his free resources like the closing cost calculator, hard money locators, and the real estate investment club locator.
Freedom Mentor Paid Programs
Phil also has two major paid programs perfect for those seeking apprenticeships ($997) or mentorship ($3000).
Both of these are very useful, especially if you are after some authentic details and case studies on how to become a serial investor without wasting time, money, and energy doing what others do.
The programs cover every idea you should watch out for and teach you how to prevent yourself from committing the mistakes he once did when he was just starting out.
While this is a paid program, please note that you must apply for a slot first since not everyone will be accepted.
The reason behind this is that Phil and his team want to make sure that the learning stays personal and that you’ll feel free when discussing your thoughts and not feel shy because of the people around you.
And of course, you cannot really get much since they split the net profits for the live deals, right? In a sense, they are also limiting it to get more value for the money.
The first step is to go through the application and answer specific questions such as how serious you are about real estate, how much you want to earn, how much you are willing to invest, and the most important question of all – why should they pick you?
After the application, you will then be waiting for an interview call. From there, they will assess if you should be under the:
- Apprenticeship program.
- Mentorship program.
For total beginners, they usually recommend the apprenticeship and give you a chance to get a full refund within three days.
Once you do qualify, you will be sent a link to key in your payment details. From the inside, you will get:
- Discover CREI or the creative real estate investing
- Split the profits from the coached- closed deals
- 30 days of coaching
- A lender database
- Conference calls with your batch members
- A knowledge center
- Access to the vendor network
- A success blueprint
- Training videos
The only difference between the two is that the mentorship program has more personal phone calls per month with the coaching staff, and they also get a lot of other resources.
But from the way I see it, I think that the pre-apprenticeship is already enough and that the price of the mentorship is just way too much for those who are just starting. And come to think of it, the extra phone calls with the staff are just not worth the $3k!
Freedom Mentor Reviews
As with every other product in the market, people are having split thoughts when it comes to the quality of this course.
Most of them like Phil from his YouTube videos, and that the only reason that the Freedom Mentor’s team is gaining attention is because of Phil.
There is no doubt in that as there really are good reviews when it comes to the content, as reflected here.
On one side, there are tons of reviews on different sites and even on Reddit, which shows that the whole course is a scam and that it is almost impossible to close your deals without spending much out of your pocket.
Most of the reviews on BiggerPockets mainly show that most of those interested in joining ended up not enrolling at all since they believe that the price is not fair, especially since you’ll be sharing the profits once you start closing sales.
Another common theme is that many say that the 50% split of profit is too big of a cut per apprentice. And somehow, I agree with this one.
I mean, why not just go over the course and remove this so that the apprentice will get to enjoy his sweet victory on his own?
The content is good and whatnot, but it makes me wonder if Phil might be earning more by doing this than by actually investing in real estate.
Is Phil Pustejovsky a Scammer?
Phil is not a scammer, and he is definitely one of the best real estate entrepreneurs of today. Like most of us, he’s an average folk who is so tired of living from paycheck to paycheck.
In one of his interviews, he shared that he finished mechanical engineering, but he didn’t have the opportunity to put it into good use.
Kind of similar to my story. 👈
Instead, he decided to take the risk and go after real estate as this was the advice of the wealthiest people he came across.
Since he doesn’t have any background in such, he focused on getting on any sales position he could find to practice and earn a stable salary.
He was then able to land a job at the Trane Company, where he stayed for the next six months. After some time and a few arguments with his boss (as stated on his website), he worked on real estate full time.
The sudden shift was just too much for him, and he was not well-versed in what he should do to attract clients and close deals. Due to this, he found himself completely broke and was even forced to live in his truck.
Fortunately, he met a serial entrepreneur who mentored him and gave him the same strategy he is employing on this platform – “I will teach you, but you have to split the profit with me.”
And since it worked for him, Phil believes that it will work for many of you who aspire to be financially free. 🆓
Who would ever think that a homeless man like him with a degree from a prestigious university can ever be able to publish books, be featured by media companies, and become an owner of a mansion?
Great story, and it doesn’t end here. ❌
At present, he makes money by just doing three things: real estate, his materials, and the Freedom Mentor programs.
As for his materials, you can see his work on Youtube and hear him in his podcast known as the Real Estate Investing in the Real World.
Is Freedom Mentor a Scam?
The field of real estate shows no sign of slowing down. After all these years, it is still considered the best money-making scheme.
Recent reports say that the prices are growing at the fastest pace and are expected to bring in a revenue of about 4,263 billion by 2025!
With everything considered, I can honestly say that there is so much money to be made from this opportunity, which leads me to say that…
Freedom Mentor is not a scam, and it definitely has some gold content that is practical and easy to follow for total beginners.
I recommend it to everyone since you don’t just get to learn from one of the U.S’ best real estate entrepreneurs, but you also get to earn and see him and his team close deals live.
If you apply the lessons and close your deals as practice, you’ll get to earn at least 50% straight away!
Nevertheless, given that the price is not low and certainly not for the faint-hearted, I believe you should consider making more money first rather than investing all of your hard-earned cash on this right away.
If you are looking for an online opportunity that actually works, then you better continue reading below to get to know how I managed to build a four-figure passive income stream just by creating simple yet effective sites like the one you’re on now.
How I Make A Living Online
Like yourself, I presume, I consider myself someone passionate about creating, innovating, and making a living online.
With technology continuously developing and connecting people worldwide, we all strive for personal growth and have a billion-dollar business idea that’s yet to be realized.
We just need to have the patience and be prepared to jump right into it when the time comes. And guess what, the time came, and a few years ago, I took a leap of faith the first time I learned about affiliate marketing.
Affiliate marketing is a lucrative business model that allows anyone from all walks of life to establish a successful, stable business online.
As an affiliate, you don’t really need much upfront capital since there’s no need to set up a shop, nor do you have to worry about creating a product.
As the name suggests, all you will be expected to do is provide marketing for already-established products and basically act as the middleman.
As an affiliate, my job is to promote and sell other people’s products and services and earn every time a customer purchases through me.
Currently, I’m making around six grand a month and would love nothing more than to share the exact step-by-step blueprint of how I do it. 💸💸💸
Please remember that this is a real business you’ll be building, so please don’t expect to make thousands of dollars upon starting.
Like any other business, whether it’d be digital or physical, you’re expected to put in a lot of effort, and only then can you prosper.
So, to better understand how I come up with the goods, I suggest you look at my money guide as it does one hell of a job explaining everything there is to know about my business line.
As with everything, I put my heart and soul into making this guide, so hopefully, you’ll even be kind enough to share it online with a few friends.
Also, please go ahead and close this page if you think that I’m just another guru that is trying to sell you yet another overpromising, crappy, done-for-you course that will teach you nothing valuable.
If you bothered to read my about page, you know by now that I’m not too fond of those types of courses, as they’re usually deceiving and filled with well-thought-of lies.
I think it’s about time I end this Freedom Mentor review, so hopefully, I did an excellent job of providing you with a clear answer of whether this masterclass by Phil Pustejovsky is a scam or not.
If you have any questions or want to reach out to me, please be my guest and comment below. I’ll always give my best to reply to it promptly. 👋
I can attest to the power of real estate in building wealth.
I have seen it with family members and am now beginning to see the benefits in my own life. I appreciate your honest opinion on this product.
I will probably pass because I have developed a network that works for me in my situation. But I can see how this could be a big benefit if you were getting started.
One of the most outstanding values of mentors is the ability to see ahead what others can’t and walk alongside you to show you what you can do.
I’m sure your family members will agree on that, and I’m pretty confident they also had some guidance when they first started.
Having a solid mentor is a must, especially in real estate investing.
Thank you for your review of the Freedom Mentor program.
I personally am partial toward reviews where the reviewer is not gaining financially through his recommendation. I appreciate the fact that you made that clear from the start.
You also presented the pros and cons in a very fairway. You seem to have covered all the details for us to make an informed decision.
Thank you for an excellent review.
All reviewers are expected to be unbiased, but sadly, that’s not true. I’m honestly trying my best, Monty, so hopefully, you liked what I had to say.
Please let me know if you need anything.
This guy has a great personality.
I learned about Phil from his YouTube videos, and that’s when I became interested in joining Freedom Mentor.
I am also a mechanical engineer seeking to get away from my 9 to 5 job. So, I can relate to Phil in many things.
However, after reading your post, I got to a halt concerning joining Freedom Mentor. I will keep on searching for alternatives. Thank you for helping me make a well-informed decision.
I don’t know if you bothered to read my about page, but I was a mechanical engineer myself back in the day, so it’s the three of us that can relate.
The Freedom Mentor is a legit real estate mentoring program that can help you reach your goals faster, but the choice is entirely yours at the end of the day, and I’m just here to make sure you’re comfortable with whatever you choose.
I’m glad you liked my review, and please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if there’s anything I can help with.
