Poll Pay Review

Poll Pay is a worldwide platform where you can earn rewards for sharing your opinions. It’s available both for Android and iOS devices, so it’s super accessible to a wide range of users. It recently expanded to include a survey website, meaning you can now easily access your account balance on the website or through the app on your phone, as long as you’re logged in with the same email address.

One thing that reassures me is that Poll Pay complies with strict European regulations and greatly emphasizes protecting your privacy. – a plus in my book.

They’ve also made it easy for you to exercise your data rights.

Want to access your data, delete it, or revoke your consent? Just click on the cog icon at the top of the website, and you’re good to go. – rarely who does this.

How Does Poll Pay Work?

The availability of surveys depends on your profile, and it’s not something you have control over. You can still do something to improve your chances; ensure you answer the profile survey honestly and hope for the best.

Now, let’s talk about rewards.

The amount you get for each survey can vary depending on how long it is and the country you live in. In some countries, you might come across lower-paying surveys; in others, you’ll mostly find higher-paying ones.

It really just depends, honestly.

After testing, I found that the surveys available ranged from $0.30 to $3, similar to what you’d find on other survey sites. Now and then, you might stumble upon a survey that pays more, but it’s not as often as you’d hoped.

How To Get Started?

To start with Poll Pay, you must first download their app from their website directly or by visiting the Google Play or App Store. During signup, you must confirm that you’re over 18 and agree to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

When it comes to registering, you have a few options.

You can use your Facebook, Google, or Apple account to sign up. Unfortunately, as of now, Poll Pay doesn’t offer custom logins. Another way to register is using a referral code, which will earn you a startup bonus of $0.25.

Unfortunately, since I’m not affiliated with Poll Pay, I don’t have a referral code to share with you, but I’m sure you can do without it if you decide to use this platform. Once you’ve successfully created your account, you’ll be prompted to answer some profile questions worth $0.35.

This initial profiling survey covers your age, gender, employment, education, and income. This information is used to match you with the most relevant surveys, so make sure to answer them as truthfully as possible.

You only need to complete this profiling survey once.

So answer the questions when you first log in to the app or website. Don’t worry; the process is quick and should take no more than five minutes to complete.

Keep in mind that providing false information can block your account and cash balance. Additionally, using a VPN or proxy network to access Poll Pay may lead to temporary account suspension. Using your home network or mobile data when accessing the app is best to avoid any issues.

Earning Opportunities

It’s essential to know the different earning opportunities the platform provides to determine whether or not Poll Pay is worth your time and effort.

Completing Surveys

The main way to earn money with Poll Pay is through surveys. When you start a survey, you’ll see how long it’s estimated to take and how much money you’ll make when you finish it successfully. You’ll need to answer some qualifying questions first to ensure you’re the right fit for a survey. This helps them find surveys that match your interests and skills based on your profile.

If there are no surveys available at the moment, it means there aren’t any that align with your preferences. There’s nothing you can do here!

is Poll Pay legit On the bright side, Poll Pay gets thousands of new surveys every day, so if you check back in a few hours, there’s a good chance you’ll find some fresh ones waiting for you. Once you complete a survey, you’ll see the reward added to your Poll Pay account balance. Still, you’re a long way from being rich.

Sometimes, you get screened out of a survey if you don’t meet the target demographic. But surprisingly, Poll Pay gives you $0.01 for your lost time, which not many platforms do. It may not be a lot, but it’s better than nothing.

Some other survey sites and apps don’t even offer compensation when you don’t qualify for a survey, so this is a big perk of this website.

Remember that you could be disqualified from a survey for different reasons. Maybe your answers could have been more consistent, or you rushed through the survey, or perhaps you didn’t answer those attention questions.

Also, losing your internet connection for too long can cause you to be disqualified, so always ensure you’re connected to Wifi and data just in case.

One thing I have to admit is that sometimes this earning opportunity can be unresponsive. It can get frustrating, especially considering it’s the main way to earn with Poll Pay. I guess we can’t have it all, right?

Playing Games

When it comes to games on Poll Pay, they have a mix of puzzle and casino games, so there’s a good chance you’ll find something you enjoy.

Some games can be quite demanding, considering the low rewards they offer. For instance, during my testing, I spent around 5 hours completing 400 levels of puzzles, and all I got was a measly $3. I mean, come on!

Let’s be realistic; we can’t expect big bucks from playing games on survey platforms. Still, $3 is just too low for all that effort! And what’s even worse is that some games don’t offer any rewards at all, even after you’ve invested significant time and energy into them. It’s a bit annoying, honestly.

All in all, if you’re looking to make money efficiently on Poll Pay, playing games might not be the best option. While a few games offer decent rewards, most are time-consuming and offer very low payouts.

Referring Friends

So, how does Poll Pay’s referral program work, you ask? Well, once you’ve created your account, you’ll find a referral code that you can use to invite your friends and family to join Poll Pay and take part in surveys.

Every time one of your referrals completes a survey, you’ll receive 15% of the amount they earned. Poll Pay will pay this percentage directly to you, so it won’t be deducted from your referral’s earnings. Pretty cool stuff, right?

Now, it’s important to invite people who are genuinely interested in taking surveys because they’re the ones who will actually complete them and help you earn some extra cash. So, choose wisely who you invite!

Don’t forget to remind them to input your invite code when they register. This ensures that you get the referral’s credit, and you don’t miss out on any rewards. It’s a win-win situation for everyone involved!

Give Branded Surveys a try if you’re determined to make some easy money fast. Compared to its rivals, it pays generously and is incredibly user-friendly and convenient. Additionally, your earnings will grow over time in direct proportion to how active you are. It also has one of the best customer service teams ever.

Payment Method

To cash out your earnings for the first time with Poll Pay, all you have to do is complete at least one survey. The initial profile questions won’t count toward this. So, go ahead, take a survey, and get that cash!

The most common way to withdraw your earnings is through PayPal, the only option available during my testing. However, it’s worth noting that the payout threshold varies depending on the country you’re in.

Some lucky folks can also choose from rewards like Amazon, Spotify, iTunes, and Google Play gift cards. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case for every location. Regarding withdrawal thresholds, they can range from as low as $5 to as high as $25. In my experience, I had to accumulate $25, which wasn’t exactly a piece of cake considering how frequently I got disqualified from surveys.

Is Poll Pay safe It’s important to remember that each withdrawal comes with a $0.50 transaction fee, so that’s something to consider as well.

You can find your vouchers in the “Past Payout” section under the “Redeem” tab if you prefer redeeming your rewards as gift cards. There, you’ll be able to see your payout history and any gift card coupons you’ve requested. Just remember that it may take up to 48 hours for the gift card vouchers to become available.

Pros and Cons

Let’s start with the pros:

  1. User-Friendly: easy navigation and a friendly interface.
  2. Compensation: $0.01 for disqualified surveys.
  3. PayPal Payments: reliable and popular payment method.
  4. Data Protection: compliant with European regulations.
  5. Diverse Surveys: wide range of survey options.
  6. Fast Payouts: prompt processing of payments.
  7. Engaging Rewards: gift cards and vouchers are available.
  8. Friendly Community: connect with like-minded users.

And now, on to the cons:

  1. Lengthy Surveys: Time-consuming with low rewards.
  2. Limited Surveys: Scarcity based on demographics.
  3. Technical Glitches: Occasional crashes and slow loading.
  4. Customer Support: Ineffective and slow to respond.
  5. Limited earning opportunities.
  6. Demanding games, minimal rewards.
  7. App freezes during critical moments.
  8. The payout threshold varies by country.

Is Poll Pay Legit?

Poll Pay is a decent survey platform with some cool features. One thing I like about it is that you can get paid conveniently through PayPal.

Plus, the website has an easy-to-use interface, which is a bonus.

Another good thing is that the payout requirement is relatively low, depending on where you live. But here’s what bugs me the most about Poll Pay: sometimes, it freezes or stops working when you’re in the middle of answering a survey.

That can be frustrating and might even disqualify you from the survey. I wonder if it’s because I don’t fit the target demographic for some surveys or if it’s just a glitch in the app. Either way, it’s a bummer because your earnings on survey platforms depend on how many surveys you can finish and how much each pays.

Poll Pay claims to have “millions” of surveys available, but in my experience, I usually only see around 5 to 7 surveys at a time. Some people have even said they last received a survey invitation over a month ago!

Even if you get around 10 invitations a day, frequent disqualifications can make earning more than $5 a month tough. So, if you want to make decent money, you’ll have to stick with it for a few months before you can cash out.

By the way, they do have some games you can play while waiting for a survey, but personally, I wouldn’t recommend it because it can be pretty time-consuming. I’d rather spend my time doing something else.

How I Make a Living Online

While survey sites can be a convenient way to earn a small amount of extra income in your spare time, they are unreliable. Moreover, they are not meant to be primary support means, so approach them with the right expectations.

Instead of taking your chances with Poll Pay, I recommend trying out an incredibly beginner-friendly online business model that has worked wonders for me.

Poll Pay alternativeI earn anywhere from 5-7k a month working on my schedule from home, but please understand that results like mine aren’t guaranteed and entirely depend on your work ethic, persistence, and ability to get things done.

Over the past few years, I’ve been making a full-time income online through affiliate marketing, a business model where you act as the middleman and promote other people’s stuff in exchange for a commission.

What makes it one of the best ways to earn money online?

Well, first off, it’s super flexible. I don’t worry about any strict schedules, plus I work from home whenever I feel like it.

Affiliate marketing also allows you to tap into a vast market. The internet is a massive playground with billions of potential customers. You can reach people worldwide, and there’s always an audience for every niche.

Another thing I love about affiliate marketing is the low startup cost.

Compared to traditional businesses or other online earning models, the barriers to entry are relatively low. You don’t need a huge capital investment or pricey equipment. You’re good to go with a computer, hosting, and internet connection.

So, if you’re ready to embrace the freedom, flexibility, and earning potential of affiliate marketing, it could be a fantastic business model for you. Remember, it’s not a get-rich-quick scheme, but you can turn it into a rewarding and profitable venture with hard work, passion, and creativity.
