Before I get started with this review, I am letting you know that unlike some of the other Cash Giraffe reviews you might have come across, I am in no way, shape, or form affiliated with the app or any of its competitors. My only intention is to provide you with a truthful review to the best of my ability, so you can determine if this could be a promising source of income for yourself at this given time or just another timewaster you should avoid. What Is Cash Giraffe?

Gaming rewards apps are pretty straightforward, and Cash Giraffe is no different. The app keeps track of how much time you spend actively playing its in-app games while claiming to provide you with a smooth gaming experience with zero ads. Unfortunately (or fortunately?), for iOS users, this app is Android-only. It currently has a 4.3-star rating on Google’s Play Store, which is a decent score!

 

 

But, is that a clear indicator that this app is legit?

Playing games and earning cash or gift cards is always tempting. But you must always exercise caution when jumping on the bandwagon with high expectations, especially if the developer’s website doesn’t reveal information on who runs the company. Like any other app or platform, make-money-online apps have their own benefits and risks. Most apps of this nature are specifically designed to scam users out of their money, and while all of them promise to pay users for completing tasks, they rarely ever do! So, please, keep your guard up at all times!

 

Registration

After downloading and launching Cash Giraffe for the first time on your device, the app asks you to send a selfie as proof that you are not a bot. You will then be asked to sign up for an account using either of the three options—Facebook, Gmail, or email address. I highly suggest sending a pic that’s not you!

You will then be prompted to give the app access to your usage data. This is so that they can log the time you spend playing a specific game, after which you will receive 1,800 gems valued at $0.18 as a welcome bonus. It might not be a lot, but it could have been worse. Hey, better something than nothing, right?

 

My Apps

Cash Giraffe’s homepage lists featured apps you can download and play. But like most gaming rewards apps, clicking on an app redirects you to the Google Play Store. After downloading the specific app, it will become available through the My Apps section within Cash Giraffe. – let the earning games begin! 

According to their developer website, all their featured games fall under the “honest play-and-earn” category, mainly focusing on skill-based multiplayer and casino or chance games. So what you get is the usual mix of card, puzzle, and strategy games like Farm Hero, Solitaire Cash, Slots Era, and the like.

You have to make sure to launch your game of choice through Cash Giraffe. This allows them to monitor your screen time playing the game and reward you for it.

 

If you launch the game outside of Cash Giraffe, you won’t get paid.

It is important to note that with Cash Giraffe, you will only earn gems for every minute of gameplay. But if you spend too much time on a game, the app starts rewarding you gems per level or achievement to make it more challenging for you.

This implies that in order to continue quickly earning gems, you must keep downloading new games, which, frankly, isn’t ideal if you’re a competitive gamer.

To summarize this Cash Giraffe review, the app is legit and does pay, but that doesn’t mean I’d recommend it to you. Honestly, I don’t think I can even recommend this app to my worst enemy. In my opinion, make-money apps that pay such low amounts aren’t worth the hassle because the time and effort required to use them often outweigh the meager rewards they offer.

 

I mean, yeah, you’re getting paid, but…

…is it really worth the time and effort spent? In addition, the Cash Giraffe app requires you to provide personal information or perform tasks that are not worth the privacy or security risks. Overall, spending your time and energy on other income-generating activities is usually more productive and worthwhile.

Honestly, I am highly doubtful about the Cash Giraffe app because even though you’re getting paid, I would think twice about sharing my details. This is due to the fact that, in most cases, when apps like this start to break down, they also begin to milk their users for as much money as they can, and the first thing they do is start selling your information to third-party businesses. But hey, you do you!

Oversharing personal information, including bank or PayPal details, can be very risky and make you a prime target for malware and phishing attacks. Please remember that these apps collect and store sensitive personal data about you, such as your full name, address, email, financial information, and in Cash Giraffe’s case, a photo ID, which could result in future security risks such as identity theft.

As someone who has experienced such crimes firsthand, I can assure you that while some authorities may be able to assist you, you should try to avoid becoming a victim in the first place. In my case, the thieves attempted to apply for loans, but fortunately, one of the loan officers found one of the guys suspicious and, luckily, ran a background check. 

 

 

Sure, it’s an easy way to make money online, but it doesn’t significantly affect your savings account. If you decide to give this app a chance, don’t expect to earn $30 per day or anything close to that. That’s just how gaming rewards apps work.

While it does have an above-average rating on Google Play, not everyone has enjoyed using it. Customer support is basically non-existent, so it’s hard to settle disputes. All frustrated users can do is leave one-star reviews on Google Play, with the usual complaints being not properly credited gems and missing payments.

If you don’t mind earning a dollar or two daily, this could be an excellent app to open during your downtime or when you’re waiting in line for a doctor’s appointment. I’ll give it that, at least. Yes, it’s somewhat disappointing. Trust me; I’m with you on that one. But expecting to get rich with so little effort is an illusion. In conclusion, the app is legit, but then again, you might regret using it when things start going south. At the end of the day, you have the final say!
