Clever Investor is a scam

CLEVER INVESTOR REVIEW: 17 REASONS NOT TO INVEST IN IT!

Hi, and welcome to my Clever Investor Review.

Unlike some of the other Clever Investor reviews you might have read by now, I am in no way, shape, or form associated with Cody Sperber or any of his competitors.

All of the Clever Investor reviews I found on Google’s first page either promoted the course itself or led to other real estate wholesaling investing courses.

This is an unbiased review by someone who has actually had the chance to dip his toes in this business model and experience a day in the life of a real estate wholesaler. Therefore, I confidently say I know what I am talking about.

Suppose you want to become a real estate investor, and you’ve come across one of Cody Sperber’s advertisements on Clever Investor. It made you wonder whether it would be a good idea to join the program because it does sound too good to be true. After all, if something seems a bit over the top, it’s most likely a scam, right?

Please read my Clever Investor review carefully to better assess whether you should invest your time and money in this real estate investing program.

By the end of this review, I will also introduce you to a much more reliable business model that helped me build a successful online business, and that happens to be the one with whom I currently make around $4000 to $6000 a month, practically on autopilot. This is the same opportunity that helped me change my life from working a tedious 9-to-5 to becoming my own boss, all while having the chance to travel the world and live life to my fullest.

It took me months to reach this level of success and freedom, but I pulled it off thanks to my grit and high commitment. Please understand that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme and that trying your utmost is the only way you’ll come on top.

I only became successful after a while.

When I encountered this business model; I spent months learning before I became fully capable of launching my first online business. Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle, but it turns out it’s well worth it in the end. There’s no such thing as free lunch, and if you’re somewhat familiar with the law of equivalent exchange, then you surely know that something cannot be created from nothing and that in order to achieve a certain goal of yours, you must sacrifice something else of equal value. In this case, your time and effort.

Suppose you are genuinely passionate about starting a business but still haven’t quite figured out what you want. In that case, I highly suggest going through my step-by-step guide detailing how I became financially independent at such a young age and how I can work on my terms from just about anywhere you can think of, as long as there’s a stable internet connection.

So, you want to learn whether Clever Investor is a scam? đŸ€”

Gorjan here, and in today’s review, I will share my unbiased opinion of this real estate investing platform by Cody Sperber called Clever Investor.

What sparked my interest in this program was when I came across this on a YouTube ad where Cody Sperber was inspecting $18k away from Chase Bank. He also professed that he has cracked the code in marketing and that he closes real estate deals like clockwork. He also said that even if you suck at being a real estate investor, you can still make tons of money if you use all his strategies.

Whether Clever Investor is a scam or not

if you become a real estate investor, you have all the potential to become rich with it because no matter from what perspective you view it, real estate investing can be extraordinarily capital and labour-intensive.

So, if you only have an hour or two a day, or you don’t have much in your bank account, this might not be the best time for you to enter the world of real estate investing. After all, being the world’s oldest wealth-builder means that you should spend hours and be willing to risk a lot of your savings.

However, Cody Sperber claims

he was able to make more than $10k flipping houses with just a couple of hours working. Sounds unlikely and unbelievable, or is it really possible?

If, by the end of this review, you find that real estate investing is not the best option, don’t worry because I will introduce you to a more reliable alternative. This is the same program that has helped me leave my 9-to-5 and replace it with a $2000 monthly income source within the first six months of starting. Outcomes are, of course, entirely dependent on your work ethic and how much you’re willing to put in, so don’t get surprised if you surpass or barely reach my results.

Clever Investor Review Remember that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme, so you must invest time and effort, especially when starting out. It does get easier with time since you’ll be able to outsource a lot of the work and thus automate %90 of the process, but more on that later when you decide if this is the route you want to take.

Thanks to this program, I have consistently made a four-figure income every month over the past couple of years. It is fair to admit that it has successfully transformed me from an ordinary guy to someone who has been and will be able to generate income online consistently. Of course, it did not happen overnight—it took me months, but it definitely was worth it.

All you need to get started is a laptop, a stable Internet, and of course, the appetite for success and the willingness to create a better future for yourself.

CLEVER INVESTOR REVIEW

Clever Investor is sold as the top real estate investor tool that offers educational content like courses, mentorship, business automation software program, and many more to help make money on real estate. – Cody Sperber founded it in 2010.

The main focus of Clever Investor is what Cody likes to call “creative real estate investing,” which is his way of purchasing inventive real estate.

Transparency is always appreciated.

Cody Sperber admitted that even though he is a real estate investor, he has never run an education company. With that being said, he has a lot of plans with his course: he wanted it to be the best real estate investing course, but he wanted it to be fun as well and not some old, outdated course. However, during their first year in business, they almost crashed it and could not push through.

The main hype from Clever Investor is that it has an over-the-top course advertising and that the course itself would end up being too “salesly.” You will not be told how sales funnels can be overly complicated since the topics are all over the place: there are a lot of real estate investment methods explored. The good thing is that you don’t need to have a real estate license.

There was even this experience in 2018 when a parent discovered that her child became a subject of what she described as a “get-rich-flipping-houses-wholesale scheme” targeted “toward naive young people all over social media.”

Her son bought into Clever Investor’s ads

leaning towards the “you-can-do-it-too!” promotion of their program paying $22,000, which was his tuition savings. This amount was for a personal mentor of 12 phone calls. Now, this mentor was based in Chicago, and his son was in New York: how can this mentor offer timely, relevant, and specific real estate advice if they live in two different states? At the end of each session, her son received little mentoring support, which was not worth his payment.

Apart from that, Clever Investor also keeps on upselling their additional products. Their mentors are definitely good talkers who are likely to convince you of anything they say, including buying additional products or services that are yet to be another expensive expense. Besides that, Clever Investor would also count every minute you talk with them—yes, even setting up your account with them.

This is not how mentorships are usually charged.

Additionally, Clever Investor tugs on emotions by claiming that their offer will only be available for a short time and that they should keep the links for themselves. They will also keep on talking about motivation rather than actually spending that time teaching you something important about investing in real estate.

IS CODY SPERBER A SCAMMER Investing in real estate is not a new way of earning money, so many people think it is easy to do it, especially if programs like Clever Investor claims that it would be so much easier, mainly because they provide the educational material needed.

Furthermore, what Clever Investor teaches is wholesale trading, which you can look up on Google for free. What bothers me is that the course is deceptive to the extent that you believe you are studying a wide range of subjects, including the most difficult ones, when in fact, you are only learning about wholesaling.

Instead of spending thousands of dollars on a salesman who teaches you “everything” over the phone, if you are dead serious about getting into real estate marketing, you can invest your time and money into reading at least ten books about real estate. The truth is that you can learn everything you need to know about a subject you are interested in by reading the right books. If you don’t like to read, you can hire a real estate lawyer instead because you can rely on them to provide you with wise counsel regarding a market they are already familiar with.

IS CODY SPERBER A SCAMMER?

Cody Sperber is a scammer who loves to give people the false idea that real estate investing is an easy feat through his course Clever Investor. He has flipped more than fifty houses in 12 months, which served as his first rental portfolio. Additionally, he has made a lot of deals already worth more than $200 million. But, with that experience, he still needs to be qualified to teach people.

Cody Sperber had a coach named Lyle, who was also his long-time friend—Lyle would eventually become known as the “the man behind the Clever Investor.” Lyle helped him restructure real estate methods with the technology at present and helped him find a way to make use of it.

Clever Investor claims that you can run your real estate deals through their list of investors, but those investors do not exist. If you tell them of a deal, no one will you back and hook you up with an investor. In reality, Cody only sells courses and upsells. More than that, no student has ever directly talked to Cody Sperber or flipped a house with him—you will have to speak to his people over the phone.

Is Clever Investor a scamFurthermore, the sole purpose of his course is to teach you about wholesaling. Most of the time, the goal is to inspire you rather than impart knowledge. You are still not getting your money’s worth even if he is teaching from “knowledge.”

I acknowledge the intelligence of Cody Sperber and support his accomplishments, but I fail to comprehend why he is damaging his reputation by misleading many people into believing that real estate investing is simple and accessible to all.

Although his methods were successful for him, there is no guarantee that they will be successful for others because there is no personalization involved. He obviously takes risks out of habit, but he also lacks judgment. He also probably makes more money selling this course than investing in real estate.

IS CLEVER INVESTOR A SCAM?

If Cody Sperber is a scammer, then Clever Investor is also definitely a scam. Even if you do succeed in earning money with Cody Sperber’s system, it won’t be as simple as he makes it seem. There will be a lot of work involved, and even then, success is not guaranteed. Realistically speaking, real estate investment profit margins are also quite slim. Do you think it is worth it, especially considering that you paid tens of thousands of dollars with Clever Investor, to work extremely hard for three months looking for deals, sending out offers, and negotiating with the seller and lender to buy a rental property, and only get $500 – $2000 in profit?

It is also highly shady for the course creator to resign from his teaching duties and delegate them to his staff members. It doesn’t surprise me that he is using his fame in real estate investing to con people out of thousands of dollars, given that he has admitted that he has no experience in producing educational content.

Is Cody Sperber legit They will tell you that investing in real estate is a walk in the park but not that sales funnels can be complicated and expensive if not done correctly. It also makes the course come out as too “salesy,” meaning the course creator wants to make money without actually imparting anything important.

At the end of the day

Clever Investor is just exploiting your hard-earned cash. Therefore, refrain from any program that guarantees you will become rich quickly because the real estate market is challenging to adapt to and operate successfully.

How I Make a Living Online

It’s not a big secret that investing in real estate has proven to be a lucrative investment. However, you must understand that despite real estate investing being a great way to make money and build long-term wealth as an investor, it’s still inherently risky. It’s a demanding venture that requires a great deal of struggle, finances, and, most importantly, a high-stress tolerance.

Real estate wholesaling, in particular, comes with a lot of challenges and is something you want to be very careful with. I’ve dipped my toes in wholesaling before (with little success), and from experience, it carries a high degree of risk, as it involves taking on the expenses of a property, such as taxes, repairs, maintenance, and other stuff of that nature. – you need a huge starting capital.

And for what? So you end up not owning the property in the end? What’s even worse is it literally takes away your freedom in a way since real estate is, %99 of the time, limited by geographical boundaries and is subject to the whims of local market conditions, which I assume is not what you’re striving for.

Real estate investing vs starting an online business On the other hand, starting an online business has proven countless times before to be a much better alternative to real estate investing, and for good reasons.

Owning an online business allows you to work from anywhere, and better yet, you have complete control of your time and schedule. You decide not only when you want to work but also how many hours you want to work. It genuinely is the closest thing to “escaping the matrix” and living life on your terms.

For those looking to earn their freedom

starting an online biz is probably your best and most attractive option. The low overhead, the potential for high returns, and me not having to tie up my money in other people’s properties are what got me into this. Once you understand the internet’s true potential, you will understand why I made the right choice.

With the right tools and strategies, you can create a sustainable and profitable online business that allows you to enjoy the freedom of working from anywhere and living life on your terms. – precisely what I’ll be showing you how to do!

What if I tell you that earning $2000 in 6 months of working through building an online business is more than possible? I did it, and so have thousands of others that are now enjoying the laptop lifestyle from the comfort of their own homes.

I’m sure that anyone looking to make a positive change can do the same. It took me some time to get where I am now, but boy, it was so worth it in the end.

Creating simple yet beautiful, profit-ready websites that promote other people’s goods and services in exchange for clearly defined set, fairly regular commissions is one of the best ways to generate a steady, scalable online income.

Therefore, the only activity I engage in is the online sale of other people’s goods in exchange for a cut of the proceeds. Once I understood that selling a product is not difficult if you become skilled at pinpointing and easing your potential customers’ problem areas, I immediately fell in love with this business model.

In contrast to Clever Investor, this platform does not guarantee you a stable income when you first start out, but you will be guided and have a supportive community behind you, so there is no need for you to be afraid or worried.

Is Clever Investor worth it I’ve been making thousands of dollars every month for the past few years in this way, and if I can do it without any prior training or knowledge, anyone can, including you. Sincerity be told, it’s not complicated; all you have to do is commit to your daily work schedule and learn the steps.

Your time is valuable

and I wouldn’t want to waste it, so if you want to learn how to do all of this, I strongly advise that you read my guide. It explains every step in detail and introduces you to the platform that has allowed me to achieve everything I have.

I believe it’s about time I end this Clever Investor review, so hopefully, I was able to give you a clear answer as to whether this site is legit or not. Please comment below if you feel I’ve missed something or want to share your experience with this app. I’d be happy to hear from you. – I usually reply within 24 hours.
