It’s no big secret that in today’s world, everyone wants to be rich, and as you know, Bitcoin sometimes offers the fast track. I believe this is one of the biggest reasons why so many people, myself included, decide to give this platform that promises free cryptocurrencies a chance. Little did I know it would be a misstep.

When I was a member of this platform a few years ago, Bitcoins’ price was not nearly as attractive as it is now. Don’t get me wrong, Bitcoin was worth quite a lot even then, but the price at that time was not comparable to the enormous growth this cryptocurrency experienced in the last few years. ~ it has skyrocketed. 

I stumbled upon Freebitco.in quite by accident a few years ago, and at the time, I wasn’t very familiar with how cryptocurrencies work, nor did I own any.

I was super intrigued by the whole concept of cryptocurrencies. Still, for some reason, probably because I was too focused on building my first online business, I never paid enough attention to them, which I now realize was a huge mistake.

 

It is what it is. You learn from mistakes, right? 🙂

To cut a long story short, I ended up signing with this Bitcoin faucet, hoping that I, too, would soon become like the great gurus who could do anything with little to no effort at all. You know, the ones with the fast cars that promise quick and easy money. You must have come across them by now. Sad to say, I know I have.

I started earning tiny amounts of BTC per hour, which was nowhere near what they promised. Most of my earnings came from playing their featured games and contests for free, but I also dared to try their online casino, which by the way, many users, myself included, claim that they’ve had horrible experiences with and lost a lot of money. ~ unlike the others, I gambled with the BTC I earned. 

Even then, there were many indicators that this was just a scam, but I failed to detect them due to my naivety. Luckily for you, I will share all the signs with you today, and even if I only save one person from wasting their time with this shady platform, I’ll be more than happy. Oh, and there’s no need to thank me for it.

Freebitco.in has an hourly lucky roll where you can win massive amounts of BTC, but in all honesty, their whole system is super rigged, and you won’t win anything. 

No one is holding you back from testing it out, but I’m sure you won’t come on top because in the three-year period in which I played the game, I did not receive even the smallest reward, and the same was said by other users whom I contacted after they emptied my account. ~ I’ll tell you about it in a sec. 

They also have a multiply BTC option, which is their casino, where you can either bet your earned BTC or play with BTC you already own. They give you the chance to multiply your Bitcoins up to 4750X by playing a provably fair Hi-Lo dice game.

This game is the main focus of the swindlers behind this platform, and they will do their best to lure you into investing in your cryptocurrencies. This traditional lottery is really good at making you believe you can win, but from experience, you soon learn that it is a common scam with clever algorithms. ~ loss is guaranteed! 

Since I didn’t own any Bitcoin then, other than the 0.2 BTC I had earned the hard way while playing the game, I had nothing to bet with but the Bitcoin I had made. Surprisingly, I won my first two or three bets, but soon after, I started losing very frequently, even if I tried to play it super safe. Strange, right?

 

I was left with 0.1 BTC, which at that time was worth around one and a half grand, and when I tried to withdraw it, they wouldn’t pay me out for some reason. When I tried to withdraw my earnings to my wallet, I got a message from the platform that they completed the transaction successfully, but I checked the wallet, and there weren’t any Bitcoins. At this point, I knew something was up.

After this, they told me that I could play no more because I violated their terms and conditions. Trying to find out what happened, I sent them multiple emails to which they did not respond, after which it became clear that the chances of me getting what I had worked hard for three years were non-existent.

 

You might be wondering why I didn’t try to withdraw the money earlier.

I actually did, even before I had earned 0.001 BTC, but was told I would have to reach the payment threshold of 0.1 BTC. It’s really stupid of me to have waited so long, but just as it is now, the internet was also flooded with so many positive Freebitco.in reviews back then, for which I was too naive to notice were fake.

After realizing that I won’t get the money, I managed to contact other users who confirmed that they had the same problem. The only difference is that most of them deposited Bitcoins they already owned, not those they tried to earn by playing the games. In fact, unlike them, since I didn’t invest anything, I didn’t lose any money, but I wasted a lot of valuable time that I could have used otherwise.

If you’re still dead set on trying this Bitcoin faucet and think you can outsmart their scam, then be my guest and go for it. Just please, please, don’t be stupid to deposit your own BTC if you have any. I guarantee you will never win it back.

 

Even if Freebitco.in was legit, it is simply not worth it. ❌

The amount they gave me was too low, and it took me ages to earn those 0.2 BTCs. Even if you try to speed up the process and play their multiplier game, you will still lose because the casino is rigged, and all of this is nothing more than just one big scam. I was fooled, and so were many others. Just find something else.

Be smart and use your precious time for good things.

 

Is Freebitco.in Legit?

No, Freebitco.in is not a legit Bitcoin faucet and by far one of the internet’s worst free BTC earning platforms. Their claims that you can earn up to $200 a day are exaggerated and false, but unfortunately, they still managed to deceive many people, including me. It’s entirely up to you whether you want to trust this platform, but whatever you do, please don’t dare to deposit BTC into this casino.

Even on the site itself, there are many indicators that it’s a scam, but being relatively inexperienced a few years ago, I failed to pick up on the signs. Suppose you visit this site’s homepage and look at the circled numbers that are supposed to show how many users have registered, how many games have been played, and how many Bitcoins have been won by users. In that case, you will notice that the numbers remain the same no matter how many times you refresh the page.

 

 

Isn’t this a clear indication that Freebitco.in is a scam?

Honestly, there are just too many signs that something shady is happening here. I have no idea how this site survived for so long, but I guess the large number of fake positive reviews on big review sites like Trustpilot has something to do with it. If you visit this review site, you will see that most of the Freebitco.in reviews sound the same, as if the same person wrote them. ~ a clear enough sign?

I don’t want to spend any more time explaining why this site is a scam because if I haven’t convinced you by now that you should avoid it, I will never be able to, not even with 100 more reasons. Lastly, here’s another honest review from a guy claiming that this shady site seized all of his Bitcoins. He’s currently in a legal battle to recover his stolen Bitcoins, which, honestly, I believe will never happen.
