Hi, and welcome to my Rocktomic review. 🙂
I came up with today’s post because just this month, I got an e-mail from a reader asking me whether Rocktomic is a scam or not.
You see, I’ve always been interested in the idea of dropshipping, and by the looks of it, you are too, which is why you landed on this site.
I wrote this Rocktomic review to give you a peek at what to expect from this private labeling company, so hopefully, you like what I have to say.
There’s no denying that dropshipping is a lucrative billion-dollar industry, and just so you know, it’s expected to grow even more in the upcoming years because so many people have begun considering starting their brands lately.
The fact that it allows you to focus on building a business instead of developing a product makes the whole process much more manageable.
After all, who wouldn’t want to start a business right away?
But before you consider this type of journey, let me highlight that dropshipping is competitive and far from a get-rich-quick scheme.
Some have even disapproved of it since there’s a high chance that you, as a beginner, may end up losing all of your savings in a flash.
Besides the fact that you need to sign up with a company to manufacture your product, you also need to think of a way to market it.
And more often than not, what makes this business challenging is that you’re competing with some of the top companies’ products.
If you were the customer, would you buy a multivitamin supplement from Centrum or one from a company you’ve never heard of?
If you’re a risk-taker and believe that you have a solid marketing plan in place to help your business thrive in this industry, this post is for you.
Branding is essential because it makes a memorable impression on consumers, allowing your customers and clients to know what to expect.
It’s a clever approach to distinguishing yourself from your competitors and clarifying what makes your products better than theirs.
Rocktomic is one of the first and leading US-based white label companies that offers an all-in-one solution to create your own supplement brand.
When you work with them, they will give you the product and slap your brand on the package, looking legit and attracting clients consistently.
If you are curious about how it works, continue reading below. 👇
Before we start, I want to let you know that I’m not affiliated with them, nor will I be compensated in any way if you decide to work with them.
My only reason for writing this is to help you make an informed decision on whether this private labeling company is appropriate for you or not.
Also, suppose you want to pursue a less risky opportunity and learn from some of the industry’s top experts with over 16 years of experience.
In that case, please feel free to check out my #1 recommendation, as it’s truly one of the best platforms to get started in this online ‘biz’ industry.
It’s the same course I used to go from zero to earning $1000’s online, and I see no reason why you, too, can’t step in my shoes and replicate my success.
Hi, my name is Gorjan, and for the past couple of years, I’ve been solely focused on helping people steer clear of scams online.
If you wish to find out more about me, my story, past experiences, and how I can help you set up your first actual source of passive income online, then, by all means, please don’t hesitate to get to know me better by reading my about page.
So far, I’ve reviewed well over +300 online opportunities, and there’s a reason why my most recommended platform holds the number one spot.
Starting a business and making a living online is not difficult when you have access to the best training, tools, and support.
Please leave if you feel I’m just another guru that’s trying to lure you into buying yet another overpromising, underdelivering done-for-you system.
As you may know by now, I’m not too fond of those types of mentors, as they’re the ones that stole my money when I was first starting out myself.
The opportunity I just suggested you take a look at is a legit one, and you should understand that you can only enjoy its benefits through hard work.
Now since that is clear, let’s head into the review.
Rocktomic is a privately held contract manufacturing company specializing in supplementary products and organic superfood brands.
They create products, and you are free to make the product you own by adding your label, logo, and market it as if you created it yourself.
Since their products are pretty sensitive for human consumption, you might not have a warehouse where you can keep them, right? Know that Rocktomic will go the extra mile and ship all the items on your behalf.
If you partner up with them, they will be responsible for taking care of your stocks and shipping them to your customers.
There will be no minimum number or maximum number per order, which means that you will never have to worry about being out of stock!
So long as you’re in contract with them, you can meet your customers’ demands and let them buy from you wherever they are in the world. So that you know, Rocktomic will not get any commissions from your sales.
While it says that several media outlets have featured them on their site, I couldn’t find any articles where they’ve been mentioned.
I’m not sure if their “as seen in” actually refers to Rocktomic, or maybe they are referring to some of the brands they’ve manufactured and sold to.
As for their fanbase online, it currently stands at 12.9k followers on Facebook, 124 on Twitter, and about 10.8k on Instagram.
I’m not surprised by their low social media metrics since a pharmaceutical industry business is not something many people may consider.
Building trust for products meant to affect someone’s health is complex when it’s all said and done. If you do not have a proper marketing strategy, no one will ever risk popping the pills you are selling.
One mistake in the formulation of the product can lead to trouble.
How Does Roctomic Work?
It all starts with you joining Rocktomic. Once that’s done, you will then be able to choose from 100+ private label supplements that you can either sell online or in a physical store (maybe like a gym or a clinic if you’re a doctor)
Depending on the types of products and additional services you choose from, the payment will significantly vary.
To get the exact price, you have to get a free quote by booking a strategy call with them on their website. You will then have to add your contact information and confirm your attendance for the call.
During that time, the sales agent will also walk you through their bestselling supplements and marketing services to help you launch your business even without dealing with technical stuff like creating funnels and labeling.
If you want to see their most updated product catalog, please click here.
Once you have selected your products and discussed your sales goals, the sales agent will discuss their current dropshipping services with you.
Basically, you can choose from four major plans depending on your needs and budget. While the prices I’ll be listing below may vary, I believe it will be wise for you to take note of these, so you have some idea of what to expect.
- Bronze – $97/mo – sell up to 5 products with standard labels
- Silver – $177/mo – 10 products with free logo and label design for five products
- Gold – $157/mo – unlimited products with free logo and label design for 10 products
- Platinum – $257/mo – unlimited products, unlimited logo and label design, exclusive training, and membership to DigitalMarketer lab+.
5 Things You Should Know About Rocktomic
When it comes to starting a business, I know that some of you can get pretty excited, especially when you see advertisements that include words like:
- “NO RISK.”
But before you head over to their site and sign up with them, allow me to share these five things I think you should know first:
1. Starting a new brand is never easy
While it’s true that there’s money to be made by selling white-label products, please note that starting your line of products can be pretty expensive.
This means that you will have to spend lots of time or even hire a full-blown marketing team to get the word out about your brand.
Marketing a new name is not just about making a profile on social media and doing advertisements! It would be best to have niche-specific and probably expensive campaigns to help you create a steady flow of customers.
2. The pharmaceutical industry is no joke
Out of all the industries out there, the pharmaceutical is most challenging to penetrate since we are talking about products that can affect the body.
Unlike digital products where you can easily brush off a negative comment, complaints about your supplements can break your brand.
In addition, you have to remember that there are already credible brands out there that you have to compete with, and it might be complicated to do so if you are a beginner with a tight budget.
3. Rocktomic provides funnels
But you still need to customize them. I know that some of you usually think that a free funnel solves everything and that if you have one, the money will come rolling in.
However, that is not the case for Rocktomic. To optimize the funnel, you need to customize it appropriately depending on your target market.
Marketing doesn’t work like that, and just telling everyone that you are selling vitamins won’t do it. Instead, it would help if you were specific and said that the supplement you’re selling is ideal for teachers who are constantly stressed at work or those working in the corporate world.
You need a unique angle!
4. Rocktomic offers a unique dropshipping opportunity
instead of just creating products for interested entrepreneurs, they provide a flexible dropshipping option that makes them accountable for shipping the orders to your customers. So basically, you are paying them for two things: to create your brand + ship it for you.
5. Rocktomic states they are tested for purity and potency
While it’s good that they have this seal on their site, I still find it a bit disappointing that they don’t have a section that goes into more details about the testing, like what company they used, frequency of testing the supplements, what test method they’re doing, and what specifications are being tested.
easily the best way to make money online!
There’s no need to remind you that we’re talking about a product that’s meant to be consumed, meaning that you as an owner should know stuff like these to increase your chances of your customers’ trust.
Is Rocktomic a Scam?
Before I answer this, allow me first to clarify a few things. I know that some of you might be wondering whether dropshipping is ethical.
Well, allow me to say that dropshipping is a legit business model, and it continues to be an appealing choice for many aspiring entrepreneurs.
One of the reasons it’s such a hit is because literally anyone can start and won’t ever feel overwhelmed since, as a dropshipper, you don’t need a physical store, nor do you need to rent a warehouse for your inventory.
In addition to that, dropshipping does not require a massive start-up fee compared to developing and manufacturing your own products.
It will still cost you a few thousand dollars to get started, but it’s still relatively cheaper than creating your own products from scratch.
Instead of wasting all your time and money developing your creations, you can set that aside and focus on the marketing part of your brand. If you play the cards right, you can make tons of cash just by doing this from the comfort of your home.
So, is Rocktomic a scam? 🤔
Well, I believe that Rocktomic is not a scam and is, in fact, a legit white-labeling company as they provide you the service you are paying them for – which is to provide your branded items and ship them.
Nevertheless, I wouldn’t say I recommend them since I believe they’re not worthy of your time, plus costs can quickly start to add up. I’m also not a big fan of working with unfamiliar products because you can never be sure whether they work or not.
While they have FDA registration and are GMP certified, you will still compete with some of the best brands, and I wouldn’t say I like those odds.
For me, selling online is simple: if I don’t like the product, why sell it?
Suppose you still want to create an online business without managing stocks, building products, or paying for warehouses. In that case, I seriously believe that you should consider giving my business line a chance – affiliate marketing.
A Better Alternative to White-Labeling…
In some ways, affiliate marketing and dropshipping are the same. For instance, you don’t have to worry about shipping or creating products.
However, I believe that affiliate marketing is better because you don’t have to purchase any products or think about stocks at all. Your main goal is only to promote well-established brands that are already in the market.
This means that you do not have to worry about registering your brand name because, as a business model, affiliate marketing allows you to promote and sell some of the biggest brands in the world.
Also, I’ve done the calculations, and a realistic figure for starting a dropshipping store is around $300, while you only need about $25 to get started with AM.
But for me, the highlight in affiliate marketing is that you’re free to choose whatever you want to promote, whether that’d be music, programming courses, supplements, gym wear, or whatever you are passionate about!
While you don’t have control over the prices of the products or services you are promoting, you already have an idea about how big the commissions will be every time someone decides to purchase off you.
The commission rates vary depending on your partner-up brand, but they start at 2% and go as high as 100%.
Another thing a dropshipping store won’t give you is a source of passive income, and perhaps this is what got me involved in it.
Passive income is all about creating a consistent income stream without being present all the time or doing a lot of work to get it.
If you would like to learn more about affiliate marketing and how it can earn you your freedom with time, please have a look at my money guide.
As I end this Rocktomic review, I hope you were able to find all the info you needed about this white-labeling supplement company.
If you enjoyed this post or have questions, feel free to share it in the comment section underneath, and I’ll respond as soon as possible. 👋
After dealing with this company for 1 year, I can tell you that they do not deliver what they promise. Be ready to be left high and dry for your entire painful journey if you join.
When they make a mistake, they blame it on you.
When someone does not receive the supplement they are supposed to ship out, they say tough luck and charge you anyway.
Check out their BBB page. These are not random reviews; it’s par for the course. I can not say enough about how many people have reached out angry at ROCKTOMIC. I have never seen so many angry ex-clients.
Thanks for sharing your experience, Stevie.
I heard about dropshipping for the first time a couple of years ago.
I was looking for ways to make money online, and this was one of the options I read about. There are certainly many pros and cons to consider.
Personally, I wouldn’t say I like to deal with clients, inventory, returns, refunds, and the like. That’s why I didn’t pursue a business out of that idea.
I prefer the service industry. Physical products have many disadvantages in my opinion. However, branding is everything. Whether you sell a product or offer a service, you need to market yourself.
That is what ultimately will land you clients and money.
There is a lot of competition out there, whatever niche you’re in, so you have to play your cards right.
Thanks for providing us with this detailed review.
I don’t think it’s a scam either, but I’m not willing to invest a considerable amount of money at this time. I might try it later on, but not just now.
Thanks for sharing.
Been there, done that, and I couldn’t agree more with you – dealing with clients is a pain in the ass, especially if you’re not the patient type.
Feel free to reach out if there’s anything I can help with.
Hi. The information here is plentiful.
I’ve never heard of Rocktomic. It sounds more like a suitable name for maybe a guitar website with a name like that.
Obviously, that’s not the case here. Dropshipping is not something I’ve ever been interested in, and I likely never will be.
I can easily agree that supplements are not something to be played around with. Even the slightest fault could result in an adverse and irreversible effect that could become very costly.
Pharmaceuticals is definitely not my strength, and I will never go that route. It’s not for everyone.
You’re definitely right about its competitiveness.
Instead, affiliate marketing is also my route of choice. I’m not the first or last to say that. You can promote products but with more control.
In my opinion, being able to promote something that you truly stand behind is the greatest thing.
That’s what I love about being an affiliate. You’re free to choose what you want to promote, when you want to promote it, and to whom you want it sold.
Thank you for the detailed information on Rocktomic.
I was curious whether this was a good program for a new dropshipping business or whether the whole thing was just another cash grab.
I like the idea that you are allowed to put your own brand logos on the products and that Rocktomic takes care of the shipping for you.
However, I am not comfortable with putting my own brand logo on a supplement. Most likely, the supplements are not FDA approved. (I see hundreds of ads for supplements like this online every day, and I steer clear myself, so I am sure others do as well.)
Anyway, my point is, I would be concerned that if something happened to a customer who bought the supplements that had my brand name on them, I could potentially be liable in some way if they were to sue.
Any idea if this is a risk that could happen?
Although Rocktomic takes care of the dropshipping, claims the products are safe, AND provides the funnels for you to get started, my fears of selling supplements that I have not been able to have a scientist or doctor check out personally are far too great.
I actually was not sure what type of products Rocktomic dealt with, so I am really glad I came across this article before spending any money.
Roctomics’ supplements are FDA approved, so there’s no need to worry about that. The company stand behind all of their products, so even if someone decides to sue, you’ll still be on the safe side.
It’s a legit platform, and hundreds of fitness enthusiasts and influencers use it to effortlessly create and manage their own online supplement brands with little to no risk.
I hope that helps!
When I was looking at business models about 2 years ago, I read up on dropshipping, and, interestingly, the points you made are so relevant.
You really will be competing against the big brands, and paying for Rocktomic to facilitate it could very quickly escalate to mammoth proportions.
Obviously, they are legit, but you could lose a lot of money if you aren’t an experienced marketing person.
Personally, I chose affiliate marketing as I don’t have to create, hold or ship stock; I just have to promote it.
This has given me the time to learn the ropes without it costing me a small fortune for my ignorance.
Great review, thanks.
I’m glad you’re doing well, Lily.
Please let me know if you need a hand with anything. I can even review your site and offer some personal pointers if you’d like.
