Rocktomic is a privately held contract manufacturing company specializing in supplementary products and organic superfood brands.

They create products, and you are free to make the product you own by adding your label, logo, and market it as if you created it yourself.

Since their products are pretty sensitive for human consumption, you might not have a warehouse where you can keep them, right? Know that Rocktomic will go the extra mile and ship all the items on your behalf.

If you partner up with them, they will be responsible for taking care of your stocks and shipping them to your customers.

There will be no minimum number or maximum number per order, which means that you will never have to worry about being out of stock!

So long as you’re in contract with them, you can meet your customers’ demands and let them buy from you wherever they are in the world. So that you know, Rocktomic will not get any commissions from your sales.

While it says that several media outlets have featured them on their site, I couldn’t find any articles where they’ve been mentioned.

 

I’m not sure if their “as seen in” actually refers to Rocktomic, or maybe they are referring to some of the brands they’ve manufactured and sold to.

As for their fanbase online, it currently stands at 12.9k followers on Facebook, 124 on Twitter, and about 10.8k on Instagram.

I’m not surprised by their low social media metrics since a pharmaceutical industry business is not something many people may consider.

Building trust for products meant to affect someone’s health is complex when it’s all said and done. If you do not have a proper marketing strategy, no one will ever risk popping the pills you are selling.

One mistake in the formulation of the product can lead to trouble.

It all starts with you joining Rocktomic. Once that’s done, you will then be able to choose from 100+ private label supplements that you can either sell online or in a physical store (maybe like a gym or a clinic if you’re a doctor) 

Depending on the types of products and additional services you choose from, the payment will significantly vary. 

To get the exact price, you have to get a free quote by booking a strategy call with them on their website. You will then have to add your contact information and confirm your attendance for the call. 

During that time, the sales agent will also walk you through their bestselling supplements and marketing services to help you launch your business even without dealing with technical stuff like creating funnels and labeling.

Basically, you can choose from four major plans depending on your needs and budget. While the prices I’ll be listing below may vary, I believe it will be wise for you to take note of these, so you have some idea of what to expect.

5 Things You Should Know About Rocktomic

When it comes to starting a business, I know that some of you can get pretty excited, especially when you see advertisements that include words like:

1. “EASY,”
2. “Guaranteed,”
3. “NO RISK.” 

But before you head over to their site and sign up with them, allow me to share these five things I think you should know first: 

 

1. Starting a new brand is never easy 

While it’s true that there’s money to be made by selling white-label products, please note that starting your line of products can be pretty expensive.

This means that you will have to spend lots of time or even hire a full-blown marketing team to get the word out about your brand.

Marketing a new name is not just about making a profile on social media and doing advertisements! It would be best to have niche-specific and probably expensive campaigns to help you create a steady flow of customers.

 

2. The pharmaceutical industry is no joke 

Out of all the industries out there, the pharmaceutical is most challenging to penetrate since we are talking about products that can affect the body.

Unlike digital products where you can easily brush off a negative comment, complaints about your supplements can break your brand.

 

In addition, you have to remember that there are already credible brands out there that you have to compete with, and it might be complicated to do so if you are a beginner with a tight budget. 

 

3. Rocktomic provides funnels

instead of just creating products for interested entrepreneurs, they provide a flexible dropshipping option that makes them accountable for shipping the orders to your customers. So basically, you are paying them for two things: to create your brand + ship it for you.

 

5. Rocktomic states they are tested for purity and potency

While it’s good that they have this seal on their site, I still find it a bit disappointing that they don’t have a section that goes into more details about the testing, like what company they used, frequency of testing the supplements, what test method they’re doing, and what specifications are being tested. 

 

There’s no need to remind you that we’re talking about a product that’s meant to be consumed, meaning that you as an owner should know stuff like these to increase your chances of your customers’ trust. 

 

Is Rocktomic a Scam?

Before I answer this, allow me first to clarify a few things. I know that some of you might be wondering whether dropshipping is ethical.

Well, allow me to say that dropshipping is a legit business model, and it continues to be an appealing choice for many aspiring entrepreneurs.

One of the reasons it’s such a hit is because literally anyone can start and won’t ever feel overwhelmed since, as a dropshipper, you don’t need a physical store, nor do you need to rent a warehouse for your inventory.

In addition to that, dropshipping does not require a massive start-up fee compared to developing and manufacturing your own products.

It will still cost you a few thousand dollars to get started, but it’s still relatively cheaper than creating your own products from scratch.

Instead of wasting all your time and money developing your creations, you can set that aside and focus on the marketing part of your brand. If you play the cards right, you can make tons of cash just by doing this from the comfort of your home.

 

So, is Rocktomic a scam? 🤔

Well, I believe that Rocktomic is not a scam and is, in fact, a legit white-labeling company as they provide you the service you are paying them for – which is to provide your branded items and ship them.

Nevertheless, I wouldn’t say I recommend them since I believe they’re not worthy of your time, plus costs can quickly start to add up. I’m also not a big fan of working with unfamiliar products because you can never be sure whether they work or not.

While they have FDA registration and are GMP certified, you will still compete with some of the best brands, and I wouldn’t say I like those odds.

 

For me, selling online is simple: if I don’t like the product, why sell it?

Suppose you still want to create an online business without managing stocks, building products, or paying for warehouses. In that case, I seriously believe that you should consider giving my business line a chance – affiliate marketing.

 

A Better Alternative to White-Labeling…

In some ways, affiliate marketing and dropshipping are the same. For instance, you don’t have to worry about shipping or creating products. 

However, I believe that affiliate marketing is better because you don’t have to purchase any products or think about stocks at all. Your main goal is only to promote well-established brands that are already in the market.

This means that you do not have to worry about registering your brand name because, as a business model, affiliate marketing allows you to promote and sell some of the biggest brands in the world. 

Also, I’ve done the calculations, and a realistic figure for starting a dropshipping store is around $300, while you only need about $25 to get started with AM. 

 

But for me, the highlight in affiliate marketing is that you’re free to choose whatever you want to promote, whether that’d be music, programming courses, supplements, gym wear, or whatever you are passionate about! 

While you don’t have control over the prices of the products or services you are promoting, you already have an idea about how big the commissions will be every time someone decides to purchase off you. 

The commission rates vary depending on your partner-up brand, but they start at 2% and go as high as 100%. 

Another thing a dropshipping store won’t give you is a source of passive income, and perhaps this is what got me involved in it. 

Passive income is all about creating a consistent income stream without being present all the time or doing a lot of work to get it.
