What is CPA in Affiliate Marketing?
The term CPA stands for Cost Per Action, and it represents an affiliate marketing model where you get paid once you get a user to complete a specific action like enter their e-mail or fill out a quick survey.
You would get paid only if the user that completed the action came through your affiliate link. You’ll have access to that link once you sign up for an affiliate marketing network like Maxbounty or Peerfly.
Once you do sign up, you’ll become an affiliate for that network. An affiliate is a person that promotes the offers (you), and the advertiser is the person who puts the offers on the site for the affiliates to be able to promote.
The best way to think of a CPA Network is to see it as a middle man.
It connects the affiliates to a bunch of cool offers, and it lets the advertiser showcase his products in front of thousands of affiliates who are eager to make money by promoting it.
How do CPA Networks work?
I’ll try to explain how CPA Networks work by giving you an actual example. Let’s say you’re an affiliate and want to promote a product from a big brand like Adidas or Nike.
You won’t be able to knock on their door and ask them to promote their clothing line since both are huge corporations making billions of dollars in profit and your just a small fish in a big pond.
There’s a considerable chance that they’ll reject you. This is especially so if you’re a beginner who’s just starting and doesn’t have any experience in promoting products online or hasn’t even made a name for himself yet. That’s why big companies like Nike and Adidas are going to affiliate-networks like Maxbounty and are asking for a specific number of leads, sales, and things of that sort.
Once Nikey places its offer on one of these affiliate networks, affiliates like you and I can promote them in exchange for a commission and that’s pretty much how affiliate networks work.
There Are Different Types of Affiliate Networks
Before I dive deeper, I need to inform you that there are different types of affiliate networks. The first type is the instant approval ones where anyone can join and get approved within a couple of minutes.
I strongly advise you to stay away from these types of networks since most of the offers that you’ll find on them are low-quality and don’t pay as much. You’ve probably heard of CPA Grip and CPA Lead, as both are great examples of lousy affiliate networks.
Instant approval networks are crowded with newbies, and that’s why advertisers try to avoid them at all costs. The reason is that anyone can get approved, which can result in bad leads for the advertiser.
The last thing you would want if you’re an advertiser is to pay one dollar per lead to someone that’s sending you fake leads. In other words, advertisers try to avoid them because they’ll be wasting money.
The second type of network is where you need to get approved to promote the offers and they are usually much better and more professional than the previous one.

Craigslist CPA Method
This is where the training begins. From this point on, everything you read will be related to my CPA Affiliate Marketing method, and that’s why I advise you to pay close attention, so you don’t miss out on the key details.
I’ll teach you how to promote offers in Finance & Support, and you’ll be helping people to get jobs by acting as a middleman.
The method that I’m about to show you converts at a very high rate because the people that are going to be filling out your offers are in a bad financial situation and would do anything to get a job.
1. CREATE A BRIDGE PAGE
The first thing you need to do before you even pick an offer is to create a bridge page. This is the most crucial step because most Affiliate Networks don’t allow traffic from classified advertisement sites Craigslist.
If you use a bridge page, you can easily disguise where your traffic is coming from, which means you’ll still get paid even if the leads you brought came from a forbidden site.
You can easily create a landing page with Get Response, and it shouldn’t cost you more than $15 per month. I strongly suggest you go with this tool because you can later use the autoresponder feature to promote even more offers on the backend. Keep things simple and don’t add a lot of unnecessary stuff on your page. The idea is to push visitors through a bridge page so the Affiliate Network can’t recognize where your leads are coming from.
The image above is my perfect example of a bridge page. so feel free to copy it and use it for your purposes. I understand that it’s super simple, but that’s how it’s supposed to be done.
2. BUY A DOMAIN NAME FROM NAMECHEAP
I suggest you use a domain name because, without it, your landing will have a silly looking and unprofessional name that will look like this:
This step is not mandatory, but it would definitely help if you can afford to buy a Namecheap domain name. I promise that if you do, you will make more money because your offer will look more professional and convert much better.
3. PICK AN OFFER FROM MAXBOUNTY
The next thing you would want to do is pick an offer from Maxbounty. If you are not a member yet, you can quickly sign up through this link.
Many tutorials on YouTube show you how to get accepted to MaxBounty, so don’t hesitate to use them to your advantage.
Set up the Search Options the same way I have if you wish to find the best CPA offers to promote. Please take a peek at the image underneath to see what I’m talking about.
You can promote any offer you like, but whatever you do, please stay away from those who pay you more than $4. They are higher paying, but they don’t convert as much. You’ll have the best chance of winning if you stick with those that payout anywhere from $1 to $4 per lead.
Once the system spits out your link, you would then want to place that link inside the red button on your landing page. Now every time someone clicks on that button and completes the offer, you will get paid.
4. CREATE A POSTING ON CRAIGSLIST
The final step of this method is to create a posting on Craigslist. You have two options, to make a couple of hundred bucks by posting in the free section or to invest $30-40 and make a lot more.
You are going to create a posting that looks like the one below. I wouldn’t recommend using the same description repeatedly because Craigslist can remove your posting or even worse ban you. Once people start replying to your posting, you will then give them the link to your landing page, and you will get paid once they go through it and complete the offer. If they happen to flag your account, just go get another one with a different phone number and try again.
