And if you have been doing your research right, then you’ve probably have stumbled upon Keala Kanae’s Fullstaq Marketer program. 

Basically, this online platform is home to many online courses that focus on making money online using affiliate marketing. 

It takes on a holistic approach which means that they’ll train you in all aspects of creating, running, and scaling an affiliate marketing business to its limits by mainly using online marketing. 

It has been the talk of the online community for quite a while now since the whole training program is not really that budget-friendly.

 

Why? Well, the cost of the course reaches up to $5997! 😵

And I know that most of you are probably wondering right now if it’s worth the money and effort, or is it just another high-ticket scam?

Please don’t get involved in it thinking that you’ll make money just like that, as that’s precisely what these gurus want you to think. 

Now that that is out of the way, let’s look behind the curtain.

 

What Is Fullstaq Marketer All About?

The Fullstaq Marketer is an online course provider for several training programs that will teach you how to start, grow, and manage an affiliate marketing business and earn from it right away. 

Keala Kanae created it, and it makes the technical aspects of digital marketing easier to grasp since each of the topics is chunked and discussed in a very straightforward way, without the jargon. 

From the inside, you’ll get to discover how sales funnels work, how to run social media ads, and it will also cover basic copywriting.

Since it focuses on affiliate marketing, you can expect tons of valuable information, especially about copywriting, because, as may know, it’s an essential element of affiliate marketing. 

Of course, you need to be able to attract and entice your readers to purchase the products through your skill in writing, after all.

The Fullstaq Marketer was created in 2019, and it’s seen as a rebranded version of his previous company, known as the AWOL Academy. 

Before we describe what Fullstaq Marketer is, let me first give you a few pieces of information about AWOL (Another Way Of Life) since a considerable portion of how the current platform works is directly connected with how AWOL was run before.

1. AWOL Academy has been featured by the HuffPost and has been positively mentioned by Entrepreneur and Forbes.

2. AWOL was created in January 2015 and is known for its high-ticket training courses, but it was officially closed down in 2017.

3. The AWOL and the Fullstaq Marketer pricing is pretty much on the same level as the introductory course starts at $997, while the premium one retails for almost $5.5k.

4. AWOL received many negative complaints back in the days, and it even still has a 1.38-star rating on SiteJabber.

Today, Fullstaq Marketer seems to be on a roll with a good BBB record (A- rating from the customers) and a 4.3-star on Trustpilot. 

Social media-wise, the company currently has 995 followers on Facebook, 18 followers on Twitter, and about 131 on Instagram. 

Given those dismally low ratings, I find it hard to believe that they really are a good training provider for online business marketing. 

While I hate sounding harsh, it is expected when a company is claiming to be the world’s best and yet has such low social metrics. 

 

As of writing this post, there are currently not many negative complaints about the platform but allow me to warn you that there are tons of skeptics about the quality of their courses. 

The negative perception is that the whole program is pricey and not many are truly willing to spend that much to get premium learning resources.

 

How Does Fullstaq Marketer Work?

The Fullstaq Marketer works just like any other training course provider. All you have to do is go to their website, choose among the four courses you would like to take, and then contact them directly through the e-mail address provided.

Once they receive your e-mail, you’ll wait for a maximum of 72 hours, and they will respond to you with a link to a two-hour masterclass which you need to watch before getting started.

The masterclass will dive deep into how marketing works and its benefits for new businesses. After watching it, you’ll be prompted about the details regarding how to start and the payment methods. 

I noticed that they consistently upsell their premium courses throughout the video, making it more of a long advertisement than a masterclass.

Once you have purchased the course, you will then wait for an e-mail confirmation, giving you details and further instructions on how to log in to the portal to access the precious content. 

I have asked a few people who tried it out, and they said that there are instances that the signup route was different for them. 

 

Instead of asking them to watch a video of the masterclass, same as mine, they were instructed to download a PDF file and were then given the information on how to proceed.

With this being said, I think they are taking a personalized approach to how they onboard potential enrollees. 

When I e-mailed them, I said that I am interested in the course since I also have freelancing experiences related to digital marketing. 

Perhaps, this is why they gave me a link to the masterclass. So to set your expectations, there may be different ways to sign up with them officially.

Once you are inside the platform, you will be given the training modules depending on your course. There are four significant courses you can choose from, and these are:

1. Fullstaq Accelerator ($997) – This introductory course will teach you the basics of digital marketing through 3 training videos and access to funnel labs (where you can learn how to set up a website and learn the basics of copywriting).

2. Traffic Labs ($1997) – This course focuses on driving traffic once you have already set up your website from the Accelerator training. It discusses how to run and use advertisements to your advantage.

3. Conversion Labs ($2000+) – Since affiliate marketing is about making sure that you are making a sale out of the products you promote, this training program will teach you how to do precisely that and ensure that you have a steady flow of possible buyers.

4. Masters Labs ($5000+) – This course is geared for those who already understand the basics since this one will focus on critical aspects of running a business, such as scaling, budgeting, and investing.

As you choose any of those courses above, please know that you will also be paying for more since it would be wise to follow the course while starting your own affiliate marketing business, right? 

If that is the case, you can expect to spend at least $300 per month, including critical features like web hosting, funnel builders, ads, and e-mail autoresponders. 

 

Is Fullstaq Marketer Worth Your Time?

Given the expensive price tag of the lessons, I genuinely believe that Keala Kanae’s courses are not worth your time at all.

It certainly has some good topics under its belt, but the quality and quantity of the lessons under each course are not enough to meet the resources price.

I have personally tried other online courses related to business, sales, and digital marketing, and I have to say that Fullstaq Marketer is just not a good starting point for newbies at all. 👎

 

If you want to learn more about digital marketing without spending much, I advise that you look for books and get training from credible organizations like HubSpot and DigitalMarketer instead.

Those two organizations are industry leaders, and if you’d decide not to pursue an affiliate marketing business, you can still use your certifications under them in your professional career.

 

And the best part? None of their courses cost more than $1k. 😁

Still, your best choice would be to see what my most recommended platform offers and then decide what you want to do from there.

So, for me, Fullstaq Marketer is just not worth your time, and I highly suggest that you skip this one. Tons of available content can give you better information if you are just learning the basics.

You can even start learning for free by just looking at the digital marketing courses available on Coursera and eDX.

At least the courses under those two are maintained and developed by some of the top universities in the world.

 

Are Keala Kanae Courses a Scam?

I believe that Keala Kanae’s courses are not a scam.

Still, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them since all of them are filled with lots of upsells (at least from my experience), no transparent pricing, and a very awkward signing-up type process.

In as much as I do not want to admit it, I just genuinely am disappointed at how boldly they marketed such a high-ticket course even though it is not much you’ll get to learn from the inside.

In addition, I firmly believe that their certificate after the end of the course is not worth it, and you will not find many people showing this off on social media or even on LinkedIn.

Also, the masterclass video they sent me (and perhaps others too) is really an advertisement and is disappointing since it promises me that they will help me make $15k through their methods alone.

 

But let’s be real here.

That’s more of a dream guarantee rather than reality!

 

While my experience with this platform is not the brightest one, it did help me learn something. Just because the price is steep, it doesn’t mean you’ll receive something good out of it.
