Regardless of where you are in the world, there is no doubt that we all share a desire to change our lives for the better so that our confidence grows and we have more courage to do what we really love.Â
In todayâs article, I will share one of the most talked-about programs that promise to help you transform your life for the better.Â
Iâll review it and ultimately answer whether Mary Morrissey is a scammer or a trustworthy guru you should consider reaching out to for a complete, dream-building transformation.
Â
Are you feeling lost and stuck? đ
Well, I wouldnât be surprised if you were, given that most others are going through the same thing in this phase of adulting. Contrary to common belief, itâs pretty normal not to understand how life goes at this point.Â
Â
I mean, you can be 25 or even 40 and still not know how to ride a bike! đŽââïž
Thatâs completely fine, and nobody blames you. The real enemy here is that we tend to compare ourselves to others at times like that, therefore demotivating and bringing ourselves down.
Have you ever just wondered what exactly are you destined to achieve in this lifetime? Was it to become a million-dollar entrepreneur or perhaps the next Hollywood superstar?Â
Like you, I found it a bit challenging to answer this question because I didnât know my purpose. I went to work every day, waited for my salary, used up that same salary for all the expenses, and went to work again.Â
It was a cycle, and it consumed every last piece of joy I had in me, whereas my friend, who is the same age as me, had already started to peak in his career.Â
Not all of us are fortunate enough to have a clear picture in mind of what we want to achieve in the coming years, resulting in a feeling of unfulfillment for some. đ
Â
If this is not you, then I guess youâre not wasting time and opportunities as every step and decision you make will be based on whether they can bring you closer to your lifeâs goal.Â
But the question is â what if you donât know what your goals are yet? Or your skills, talents, dreams, or any of the things that can potentially make you happy?Â
Â
What if everything about you is still a hazy concept even to you? đ
Perhaps these questions are what got you on this page. You probably also recognize that thereâs some fire within you, and a little help from a professional can make the fire burn even brighter.Â
I have decided to create a review for a product that deviates from my current posts about financial life and work opportunities in this spirit.
Today, what I have for you is an honest opinion about a personal development service named the Dream Builder Program.
It is a personal development service under the Brave Thinking Institute, facilitated by Mary Morrissey, the founder of the company, an award-winning international speaker, TEDx presenter, and an author of some of the best-selling self-help books.
easily the best way to make money online!
Before we dive into the review, allow me to state that I am not connected with the company in any way, shape, or form, nor am I compensated for giving props to the program.Â
I am saying this now to know that the content youâre about to read doesnât contain any upsells and is purely the truth. Now, since thatâs out of the way, letâs journey into what this product has to offer.
Â
Is Mary Morrissey A Scammer?
Allow me to settle this one from the get-go by saying that Mary Morrissey is not a scammer and legitimate on so many levels.Â
She is so prevalent in her field that she was recognized and was awarded an honorary degree by the United Church of Religious Science. Â
Academically speaking, she holds a bachelorâs degree in education and a masterâs in psychology.
She has a resounding 125k followers on Facebook with the verified badge alone. However, she is more well known for her TEDx Talk in 2016, which has garnered an astonishing one million views as of writing.Â
And for me, TEDx is one major league that none of the personalities in our previous reviews on this site can even contend with.
Â
Thereâs more to it. đÂ
You see, just as Fred Lam is well-loved by Kiyosaki, Mary Manin Morrisson has also been hyped up by many influencers.Â
Some of them are Bob Proctor (law of attraction teacher), Marianne Williamson (spiritual leader and political activist), and Wayne Dyer (popularly known as the father of motivation).
She also has several books under her name, and this is the main reason she has gained popularity throughout the years. Some of her popular titles are No Less Than Greatness, The Miracle Minute, and New Thought.
Â
What Is The Dream Builder Program All About?
Â
Finding your purpose in life is difficult but possible. Let me share my story. đ
I vividly remember that when I was a kid, I wanted to grow into someone who will make bold decisions, accomplish great things, and live life bravely.Â
Â
But you know, some things are easier said than done.
By the time I hit my 20s, I had focused on landing a job with a high-paying salary. I tried every single thing because I was too excited about the idea of providing for myself.
Â
And you know what? A few years into it, and I realize how tired, unhappy, and frustrated I am that I decided to take a leap of faith and drop everything.
For a few weeks, I disconnected from âlife,â took a few steps back, and processed this burnt-out feeling. And this is where it finally hit me.Â
I was tired most of the time because something told me that I shouldnât be doing this. There must be a career for me where I can make a significant difference in the lives of others and get paid to do so.Â
Fast forward to today, I was able to build this unique site that has allowed me to explore my surroundings while getting to know my deeper self better.Â
Similar to my story, the Dream Builder is a 12-week program worth $497 (or $149 for four payments) that will encourage you to take a step towards understanding yourself and your dreams. đ€đ
Â
It practically walks you through 16 audio lessons which feature different topics all in 30 minutes. The highlight that Mary is focusing on is that each of us has a distinct dream and an inner strength to achieve it.
In general, she introduces the concept of the law of attraction and shows you how to use it to your advantage so that you emerge victoriously and conquer different obstacles in your life.Â
Â
You see, the law of attraction is not something new and unheard of.Â
You probably had read it from Rhonda Byrneâs novel back in 2006, but unfortunately, it remains a commonly misunderstood self-help subject.
Fortunately for us, Mary Morrissey has all the 16 lessons to dissect and explain the intricate details of how that law works and how powerful it is in changing the course of oneâs life.Â
Each audio lesson comes with a summary called the Gold Nugget, and it practically contains the takeaway wisdom in the class.
Whatâs great about this product is that it comes with 12 exercise materials or âcourse worksâ (as Mary would like to call it), giving a detailed plan on applying what you have learned from the lessons.
As of writing, they have a promo where if you decide to subscribe now, you can get the following:
- The 12-week program ($997 value)
- 2 Live tickets to the 3-day Dream Builder workshop ($2990 value)
- 6 Live group coaching every other week ($1500 value)
- Access to a private Facebook group ($500 value)
- 90-Day Access to the âMorning Mentorâ ($89 value)
Â
Here are my two cents on this. đ
Mary Morrissey has the right words, and she crafted this program in an easy-to-digest manner.Â
The short 30-minute audio file is just enough to keep you entertained while driving, and it also comes with the Gold Nuggets and the Course Work (for the actual implementation of what was learned).
It is ideal for professionals across ages who feel stuck and unmotivated as the program helps listeners develop the right mindset and fool-proof habits to achieve their goals.Â
Additionally, I like that you cannot jump through lessons without finishing the previous one, and it effectively ensures that customers get the best value for money.Â
Â
If you try to visit the course videos of EDx, you can quickly try unlocking the following lessons by just fast-forwarding the videos.Â
But in the Dream Builder Program, you cannot do that, which means you cannot rush the process. Therefore, the program is actually supporting your transformation at a healthier pace that wonât lead to information overload.Â
Â
But of course, thereâs also a red flag. đ©
You see, the Dream Builder Program does not come at a friendly price. Though I feel that the price is worth it for the fantastic service quality, I think itâs not for everyone.Â
So, if you are a little bit low on budget, purchasing digital books from Amazon or listening to free podcasts should be the way to go.Â
At the same time, if you have the budget and willingness to invest time, effort, and money for the program, then the 12 weeks could be the most fruitful ones youâll get.Â
Â
Dream Builder Program Reviews
As can be seen in this video, the Dream Builder Program has a very positive review. Letâs look into its mother company, the Brave Thinking Institute.Â
You will find comfort knowing that it has over 60k followers on Facebook, 31k on YouTube, and 4.6k on Instagram, which greatly reflects how well known the company is.Â
However, I cannot find their profile on BBB and Trustpilot, so itâs pretty hard to know the exact numerical rating of the company in terms of customer reviews.Â
Also, given its unfriendly price, not many people have the means to try out the service, so I think that could also be one reason why there is not much info about this even on Reddit or Quora.
Â
As luck would have it, I found a few here from verified profiles: đ
Â
Is The Dream Builder Program A Scam?
The Dream Builder Program is not a scam and is highly recommended for those interested in re-wiring their mental habits and personal beliefs.
It has up-to-date content, and I find Maryâs words soothing and easy to follow. The whole program is structured in a step-by-step process, meaning that it is not some magic button that transforms you instantly.
Â
It may look sparkly and all, but I also have my reservations about recommending it.
You see, not all of us have that much free time to listen (even if it is just 30 minutes), nor the resources to pay its high price. Additionally, if you are more interested in science or technicalities, this program isnât for you.
Â
Mary is just offering a self-help service that focuses on psychology and spirituality.
If your main goal is to make the dream of establishing a business, then I think pursuing a more technical course can be more suitable as it will better explain the nitty-gritty details and legalities.
Speaking of establishing a business, finding the correct type of course is also a bit challenging.
However, if you are looking for great content, valuable training, a caring community, and a team of experts who can support you as you establish and scale your dream, you may want to read on and find out how I make a living online.
Â
How I Make A Living Online
Maryâs Dream Builder Program is a great deal on its own, but it wonât suit you if you aim to get motivation AND information to start a business.
Understandably, anyone of us may have the drive to start something, but knowing the steps on how to actually do it is a whole other ball game.Â
Â
How convenient it would be if you just had a blueprint. đ
And by good fortune, I might have the right one for you. Itâs the same one I used to build the very same site youâre currently on and the same one you can use to follow in my footsteps.Â
It would be my pleasure to introduce you to the business model that made it possible for me to escape the 9-5 rat race and help me achieve all the things that lead me to where I am today.Â
If I had not found it years ago, I probably wouldnât be sitting here writing this Mary Morrissey review trying to get you to understand that if you put in the work, you too can build a successful online business.Â
So, without further delay, the business model Iâm referring to goes by the name of affiliate marketing, and in a nutshell, itâs a straightforward way of earning in which you get paid to promote and sell other peopleâs products and services.Â
Itâs one of the most common ways people make a living online, and to reinforce my statement, Iâll even share a fun fact with you and tell you that 2 out of 3 online earners are affiliates.Â
Before I came across this one, I tried a few other well-known methods, but none of them seemed as beginner-friendly (cost and skill-wise) and fitting as AM did.Â
It would be great if you can stick for a while so that I can share with you some of the reasons why I found AM so tempting and why I believe you will too.Â
- Itâs an evergreen online earning method.Â
- Itâs convenient, affordable, and doesnât require any expertise.Â
- Nearly half of the sites you visit online are affiliate sites.Â
- You can get started for less than $1.38 per day.Â
- It becomes passive with time.Â
- It does require effort initially, but it gets easier after a while.Â
- It can be a pretty creative way to earn.Â
- Due to the increase in internet users, itâs set to explode.Â
- Hereâs a list of success stories to see what others are saying. đ
Â
Please donât get me wrong. đ
I donât want to make it seem like itâs a guaranteed path to success, considering that the outcome relies on many factors, such as your work habit, dedication, efficiency in executing tasks, and so forth.Â
Like any other business, physical or digital, affiliate marketing also has its flaws. Still, I reassure you that the positives comfortably outweigh the negatives and that no business is ideal, nor it will be.Â
It all comes down to whether youâre willing to show true grit and push through all the obstacles to get to where you want to be.Â
I firmly believe that it would help if you were to invest in a course to better understand the process and minor technicalities that create a successful affiliate marketing website.Â
I also believe that now would be the perfect time to introduce you to a platform that can help you go your own way, and whether you want to believe it or not, itâs the same one I got started with. â
Â
In the past decade or so, Wealthy Affiliate has been the go-to spot for anyone interested in starting a successful online business.Â
It doesnât matter if youâre a seasoned veteran or if this is your first time hearing about AM.Â
As they did for me and countless others bloggers worldwide, WA can also give you the much-needed pieces of training, tools, and support to go out there and transform your ideas into profits.Â
Youâll be warmly accepted within a community that will show you everything you need to know to build your very first beautiful, profit-ready website. As technical it may seem, itâs actually pretty easy and takes less than 30 seconds.
Â
You wonât be profitable straight away, but you get my point. đ
WA is genuinely one of those platforms that care about its users as theyâll unselfishly share numerous proven strategies with you so that you can attract thousands of visitors to your site and therefore generate sales.Â
There are currently over +1.800 expert coaches on the platform, and over +23.000 users benefit from the platformâs help every day.Â
These numbers might seem big at first, but it all makes sense when you find out that there are nearly two million active members inside WA as we speak.Â
The lessons theyâll provide you with are genuinely unique, thorough, and broken down into easy-to-digest steps. Even better, theyâre interactive and will most certainly put you ahead of the curve and competition.Â
The task-oriented training modules are one of the many beneficial things youâll get as a WA member.Â
Youâll also get access to 24/7 support, and as we all know, the most challenging aspect of building a business online is getting help when you need it.Â
Â
Success is happening inside WA daily. đ
As a word of advice, you always want to surround yourself with people that will positively impact you, motivate you, and ultimately help create a new, improved version of yourself.Â
I can go on and on for days to try and get you to understand how valuable this platform has been for thousands of others and me, but it might be best to save us both some time and have you join as a starter member instead.Â
The freemium starter membership is genuinely one of a kind as it will give you access to the courseâs first few lesson, comfortably allowing you to decide whether such a career is one worthy of pursuing.Â
Â
It costs absolutely nothing, and itâs %100 risk-free. đŻâ
Itâs time for me to end Maryâs Dream Builder Program review, so hopefully, I was able to answer all the questions about it, including the one of whether itâs a complete scam or not.Â
If thereâs something else you want to ask me about, please do so by leaving a comment down below. Iâm an easygoing guy and would love to help you out. đ
Â
I love her program â but I absolutely hate the sales tactics. They are always about upselling. Nothing wrong with selling â every job is about that in a sense. But the constant pressure of âbuy now or your price will double tomorrow!!!â is revolting. Itâs cheesy and cheap. They could have so much more class if it was done professionally without the pressure.
I agree with you on that one!
I paid for Dream Builder from Morry $5000 today, and I have to pay around $12000 more I feel I am pretty bad right now that I paid so much.
Sorry to hear that. Please let me know if you managed to get a refund.
Iâm wondering if you paid for a different program? ($17k sounds more in line with her Brave Thinking MastersProgram. Iâm not affiliated, just went to DreamBuilder Live last month and have the registration form with pricing for that program.) Either way, rather than feeling like youâve been âtakenâ, consider leaning in and get everything you can out of it and MAKE it worth the expense. Choosing to live from a sense of abundance, consider thinking about whatever price you paid to be commiserate with whatever additional opportunities it will help you experience. As long as it turns out to be an investment that returns more than it cost, itâs a âwinâ, right?
Hi, good question.
In all honesty, anything in this world that requires money could be viewed as a scam, or an opportunity, depending on your mindset.
I am an entrepreneur and a risk-taker.
Prior to the course, my mindset was quite limited, so my expectations in business were neutral same old same old.
Post the course, major change.
The coaching has encouraged me to be courageous and forthcoming with my business and squash the old expectations.
My business has not only attracted new clients. I now have the personality to attract additional business. I would highly recommend it as Iâm sure there is a money-back guarantee if dissatisfied.
Thanks for sharing that, Sammy.
I appreciate it.
Any chance you have a link to where to sign up at this price? I just had a âStrategy Session â with them yesterday, and the cost was $8600.
If I paid immediately, they claimed the cost would be $16000 if I did not take âFast Action. â The life mastery program was priced at $21000 if I was a âfastâ action taker and $49000; if I came back tomorrow, I was put off by the pressure sales tactics, but the course itself seemed great.
Donât have a link. Sorry, Yvan.
I would think twice about spending that amount on a program. There are better, more scalable, more affordable ways to make a living online.
Great review!
Personal development is a huge deal. It changed my life. Years ago, I found the book think and grow rich, and everything changed for me after reading it.
I try to engage in personal development regularly, especially if I am feeling unmotivated. It always fires me back up.
I have not heard of Mary Morrissey, but I am a big fan of Bob Proctor, so if he recommends her, she must have some good stuff. Iâll check her out further!
Cheers
Robb
Thanks for the kind remarks, Robb. I appreciate it.
Think and grow rich is actually one of my all-time favourites too. A friend of mine recommended to me several years ago, and believe it or not, Iâve read it multiple times since then.
Iâm also big on self-development as it has given me a sense of direction and helped me form a clearer vision of what I want to achieve in life. So, I highly support you on that one.
Thanks for stopping by, and I hope to hear from you once more soon.
I had not heard of Mary Morrisey previously but granted that is no yardstick, what did impress me about her programme is that sheâs been featured on Ted Talks. I am a huge fan and find that they only ever feature noteworthy and trusted people.
I am convinced that if all you offered in this article were Mary Morrisey, it would have been an excellent post in its own right, but adding a verse and a comparative product moved it up several notches and allows the reader to become further engaged and look at some really viable alternatives to their 9-5 job.
I stumbled across one of your other articles last week and was very impressed, even more so today.
A really informative post, and I wondered how long it took you to become a full-time blogger/affiliate marketeer?
I look forward to reading more of your reviews.
Cordelia
Hey, Cordelia. I hope everything is going well with you.
I would probably say around 10-12 months, but it all depends on your work ethic and efficiency in executing tasks. I know people that have done it in 4-6 months, but you shouldnât expect this since itâs likely not to happen.
Remember, the content business is a marathon and not a sprint, so youâll be completely fine if you look at it from a long-term perspective. Otherwise, donât even bother.
This Mary program sounds like it might actually be a good investment.
Not because she will help with making money, more in the lines that she will help change peopleâs mindset so that instead of thinking of all the negative aspects surrounding oneâs life, but lead you to the positive.
Years ago, I read the book The Secret. At first, when everyone was telling me about it, I thought it was a bunch of nonsense.
However, after reading it, I felt a sense of uplift (I donât think thatâs the word Iâm really looking for here). I created a dream board, things that I wanted to achieve in life.
It was going great at first, but if you start to deter from that mindset, then the negative tends to come back in like a snaking tendril that worms its way into your mind.
I need to get back to that mindset that I had years ago and know that I can achieve whatever I set my mind to. Itâs just hard sometimes when you lose that sense of self, I suppose.
It sounds like Mary can help people with getting that mindset back.
Thanks for this review!
Katrina
Iâm actually very familiar with the book youâre referring to. If Iâm not mistaken, Rhonda Byrne wrote it, and I must say that itâs indeed one hell of a book.
I never managed to finish it all the way through, though, but I agree with you on the comparison you made.
Both Maryâs Dream Builder and Rhondaâs Secret have a particular element that can help people transform the way they look at things, ultimately leading them to become more successful versions of themselves and achieve true happiness.
Itâs a good thing you reminded me of that book, Katrina. I might as well finish it now.
Hi,
I have never heard of Mary Morrissey before, but if people like Wayne Dyer and Bob Proctor highly recommend her, she is definitely the real deal. I love that she has no upsells, but that only justifies the steep prices and the fact that theyâre not for everyone.
I also think itâs great that she offers different packages so that you can pick the ones that suit you best.
Is it advisable to start with the 90-Day Access to the âMorning Mentorâ or just do that one? Or do I have to follow all courses?
It would help if you could go through all the course, but otherwise, no, you donât have to.
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment, Christine. I genuinely hope you liked my review and hope to see you once more on my blog sometime soon.
I have known Mary for over 25 years. She walks the talk for sure. She has over 100 free YouTube videos.
What she charges for her programs are very reasonable, but you have to do the work! I know thousands of people who have worked with her and changed their lives. I am one of those. Good luck!
Itâs a good thing that you shared this with us, Mari. Itâs good chatting with someone who has actually been a part of Maryâs Dream Builder program.
All the very best to you.
